• By using tabular column method ,both a and c are correct.In both a and c ,3 people are telling the truth and one person is lying. the but first preference is for a. so answer is "a".

• a is correct, firstly 'a' is saying the digit is one. if digit is 1, b nd d are saying truth. but c lied by saying the digit is 3.
