• given that the runner covers 3m in 2 seconds and for every 2 seconds wind throws him 1m back , which means the net distance covered by him in 2 seconds is 2m , so lets say till 146m it has taken him 146 seconds and in the next 2 seconds he will cover 3 mts so , it makes him to greater than 148.65m so 148 is the answer.
