  we have 7 liters of milk and 63 liters of water...
  so the water in the condensed milk will be (20/80)*7=1.75
  so now 1.75+7=8.75///

• @ Naveen, Manish, Jugal. How can you use 72 % at the place of 70 %. Can you explain it ? Because i think 80% of x = 10% of 70
