  So 3x2=6 points
  Hence 23-6=17 points left
  Now 2 points for win and -1 for losing a game
  Therefore 1 point for 2 matches
  And it will go on till 15 points and after that a win compute to 17 points
  So total matches are-- 3+(2x15)+1=34Ans

  since, 1 pt. in 2 matches
  15pts in 30 matches
  now, in 31st match.. pts=15+2 i.e 17
  therefore, 6+17 i.e 23 pts in 3+31 i.e 34 matches
