and only if they contain the same 3 letters in the same order .How many punycity license plates are
possible if the letter Q cannot occur as the last character and can only occur when the letter immediately
after it is U ?

• we have 26 letters.
  so without Q now we have 25 letters.
  so the license consist of 3 letters.
  so now no of combinations can be possible 25*25*25=15625.
  now if u put q in the license then it must like this
  Q U _ = for this combination we have 25 values
  _ Q U = for this combination we have 25 values
  now the total combinations will be=15625+25+25=15675. :)

• I think since it is given Q can only be there if U is just after it
  Case 1: Q is followed by U keeping in mind Q can't occupy lst place
  Q U 25ways to fill third place
  25 ways to fill 1 position Q U.
  Here see Q is not occupying the 3 place..
