  We know that, Simple Interest = Amount - Principal
  
  = Rs.950 - Rs.900
  
  S.I. =Rs.50
  
  By using: Simple Interest = (Principal*Rate*Time)/100
  
  We have: 50=(900*Rate*3)/100
  
  => Rate = 50/27% per annum
  
  Now, if rate is increased by 4%, then
  
  New rate, R' = 50/27 + 4 = 158/27%
  
  New SI = (P*R'*T)/100
  
  =(900*(158/27)*3)/100
  
  = Rs.158
  
  New amount will be = Principal + New SI
  
  = Rs.900 + Rs.158

  950=900(1+(3*r)/100)
  r= 50/27
  now interest rate is increased by 4%
  so r= 50/27 + 4
  =158/27
  from the first equation we get =900 * (1 + (( 158 * 3 ) / ( 27 * 100 )))
