when will one receive hr round results can one be sure to get in if one has given hr round

i gave all 3 rounds they told you'll receive the result in mail. but don't know when

i gave the interview, and my TR round is cleared and on same round they ask me some MR quetions and then my next round is HR..

I'm from Mysore region. Test was on 13 Dec. And everyone writing the test, subscribe to chalkstreet TCS course by FACE Academy (google it) , it helps a lott! I took the course one week before exam and now have offer letter in my hand!
