  therefore, 11x+4=33
  x= 2.636

  If 4 liters is taken out from mixture, then quantity of milk taken out=4*21/33=28/11
  So remaining milk=21-(28/11)=203/11
  With addition of 4 liters of milk, total quantity of milk=(203/11)+4=247/11=22.45 liters

• you can solve this quest by ratio :
  33 lit in in the ratio of 7:4
  Milk=7*33/11=21 and Water 4*33/11=12
  now we taken out 4 lit mixture (water and milk)
  
  means milk = 4*7/11=2.55 and water= 4*4/7= 1.45 (2.55+1.45 = 4 lit)
  Now subtract 2.55 in milk =21-2.55=18.45
  After that we added 4 lit of water
  18.45+4= 22.45 ans
