  With A&B as centre draw arcs of radii at 7cm,6cm
  Join AC&BC
  With A,C as centre draw a arcs at radii 4cm,5.5cm
  Join CD,AD,ABCD is required quadrilateral because we need d,h1,h2
  calculation of area

  area=1/2d(h1+h2)
  
  =1/2*7*(4.2+2.1)
