  If radius of sphere=R, then it's Volume=(4/3)*Pi*R^3
  Volume of a smaller balls with 10% radius of the original(R/10) =(4/3)*Pi*(R/10)^3
  So number of small balls that can be made=[(4/3)*Pi*R^3] / [(4/3)*Pi*(R/10)^3]=10^3=1000
