TCS Email writing question pattern for practice.
Important Instructions:
It is compulsory to use all the specific words mentioned in the Outline in your email. You can add other sentences of your choice, as appropriate.
The name of the sender and receiver should be as given.
The email must contain a minimum of fifty words, or it will not be evaluated at all.
If the outline is not strictly followed (including the specific words used), or correct English (including spelling and grammar) is not used, the grade in this section will be poor.
1) You are Navin, working in an organization that works with overseas clients. There is a call scheduled for March 27 with the client leader German national living in Berlin. Suddenly you realize that March 27th is Holi. None of your team members would be coming to office (in India) that day. You realize that you need to reschedule the call. You are a little busy so you send an email to the German client in Berlin.

- people who did not get hall ticket no need to worry,due to large no of Applications half of the applicants have exam on 2nd and the applicants who did not receive hall ticket there exam will be conducted later.

- Dear Berlin,
The meeting which is supposed to be held on 27th is cancelled because on this day there is a holi festival and it is our national holiday .so I'm on vacation to my home town and non of my team members are there to assist now so the meeting will be rescheduled on next week date 29 and sorry for the inconvenience caused .you can response us back in email for any clarification and you can also contact us via.;email. i would like to apologize again for the inconvenience caused.

I am writing you to conduct a training session for my sixteen associates .As your organisation regularly conduct training session for three days which includes communication skills , assertiveness , telephone etiquette and email writing .It will be great if we can have training sessions from tenth to twelfth august .

We hereby announce a change in the work timings as 8.30 AM to 5.00 PM, with effect from next week, till the end of rainy season Which means, office hours would commence 30 mins earlier to cover up minimum 30 Mins extra time being spent during peak hour traffic during monsoons. Also, additional changes include reduction of lunch duration by 10 minutes & timings of free breakfast are now applicable from 7.30 AM to 8.30 AM only. Since request to each one of you to adhere to the new timings.
