TCS Exam Numerical Ability Arithmetic

radha and usha together has some money. radha alone has 8 less than the together of them and usha has 4.5 less than the together of them. how much money ushha has?

my optn: 10.5 (i think its wrng..)

let radha has r and usha has u money then according to given condition (r+u)-8=r and (r+u)-4.5=u adding both we get (r+u)=12.5 putting it in second equation u will get 8.
