• Here the order is 3 numbers (1,2,3) and a four in increasing order
  it will be in the order 3+1 +....(3 will be 1,2,3 and 1 will be 4)
  therefore here 3+1+3+2+3+3+3+4+3+5+3+6+3+7+3+8+3+9+3+10+3+11+3+12+3+13+3+14+3+15+3+16+3=187
  and the next 17 terms will be 4 and so the 200th term will be 4
