  1) 20 ft. towards north ---> (0,20)
  2) 30 ft. towards right ---> (30,20)
  3) 35 ft. towards right ---> (30,-15)
  4) 15 ft. towards left ---> (45,-15)
  5) 15 ft. towards left ----> (45, 0)
  6) 15 ft. towards left ----> (30, 0)
