  3/4 is for regular tiffin. so, 3/4*1440=1080.
  No. of regular tiffin's =1080/24=45.
  and No. of kid's tiffin =360/30=12.
  
  if the price is reduced to 28(kid's tiffin) and 23(regular tiffin) then total money spend =28*12+45*23=1371.

  now, Number of regular tiffin is 360/30=12
  now for kid's tiffin 1440-360=1080
  now, Number of kid's tiffin is 1080/24=36

• total caterer spend=1440
  for regular tiffin=(3/4)*1440=360
  for kids tiffin=1080
  no of kids tiffin in a month=1080/30=36
  no. of regular tiffin in a month=360/30=12
  total spend in both the tiffin from new price=(36*28)+(12*23)=1284
  therefore total savings=1440-1284=156
