AD Joins A To D, AD Makes an angle of 45 with A.

Now in Triangle ABD angle ADB is 45 deg, by mensuration rule Sides Opposite to Equal Angles of a Triangle are Equal.

Hence BD =1.

Since BD is intersected by AD, BD=1 & DC=root(3)-1 or .732.

hence -> BD/DC= (1*1000)/(.732*1000) or 1000/732 or 250/183

OR, BD=ROOT3/2
AD=AC
BD/DC=(ROOT3/2)/1
