• It's about highest and second highest increasing no.
  
  Eg. 124 & 123 (difference will be 1)
  Similarly after 12345, second no. will be 12346 (again difference will be 1)

  (second highest ever increasing number cannot be 12345678 becuse 23456789 is greater than 12345678 so second highest ever increasing number is 23456789)
