- The question is log 5^4 (with base 3^2) is multiplied by log 3^4(with base 5^2)
->Using the base changing formula of log a(with base b)= log a (base=10)/ log b(base=10)
->Hence the question becomes-
->log 5^4(base=10)/ log 3^2(base=10) * log 3^4(base=10)/ log 5^2(base=10)
->Further evaluating, it will give-
4 log 5 / 2 log 3 * 4 log 3 / 2 log 5
-> log 5 and log 3 will cancel out from numerator and denominator
-> Hence final expression will be 4/2 * 4/2 = 4
Answer = 4 - 8 years agoHelpfull: Yes(3) No(0)
- Is the question of form (log 5^4/log 3^2)*(log 3^4/log 5^2)?
If it is then ans is 4 (as log a^2 to base b^2 is 2 log a/2 log b using logarithms formula). - 8 years agoHelpfull: Yes(1) No(6)
- log (a to base b) can be written as loga/log b. tus we get 4 as answer
