• This can be done in a simple way.
  As it is given CP of 12 = SP of 10 that means profit.( price of 12 can be owned just by selling 10 )
  (SP )10 = (CP)10+(CP)2
  So profit is (CP)2
  And we know profit is calculated on cost price therefore
  ((CP)2/(CP)10 )×100 =20%.
