- M s/w has 78 line of code
N s/w has = 78+78*4/13= 102 line of code
P s/w 5% more N' code 102+5.1=107.1
or
107 line of code - 8 years agoHelpfull: Yes(14) No(1)
- m has 78 lines
n has 78+78*(4/13)=78+24=102
p has 5% more means 102+(5/100*102)=107.1

- In such type of question always try to start with last information given. Unless the question has been twisted. so ans is 107 as many people have given correct solution

- P=5%more than N i.e P=21/20 N-(i) // 5%=1/20 so more than 5% means 20/20+1/20=21/20.
(If you people are not getting the logic than watch % chapter by Takshila Shikshak on youtube )
similarly it is given N=4/13 more than 4/13 i.e N=17/13 M -(ii) //more than 4/13 means 13/13+4/13=17/13.
Now simply calculate the P by putting the value of N from eqn(ii) to (i) i.e
P=21/20*17/13*M-(iii) //we have the value of M=78 lines put this in (iii)
P=21/20*17/13*78 lines=107.1 lines. - 8 years agoHelpfull: Yes(0) No(1)
