  therefore, 80% goes to urban

  therefore, 80% of [(30/100)*x]=72 => 80/100[(30/100)*x]
  from here x=300$
  
  now 50% of total(x) goes to andhra pradesh= 150$
  now out of 150 ,20% goes to rural andhrapradesh=20/100*150=30$

  so for only gujarat 216m
  by considering gujarat"s FDI we can calculate total FDI as 720
  so for ap 20% of total FDI(144) .in that 50% rural =72 so my answer is 72m
