- Let CP be c
c-510=2(720-c)
c=650
Ans: Rs 650 - 8 years agoHelpfull: Yes(8) No(0)
- SP for profit is SP1
and SP for loss is SP2
2(SP1 - CP) = SP2 - CP
2( 720 - CP) = 510 - CP
CP=650Rs - 8 years agoHelpfull: Yes(5) No(6)

- Loss= CP-SP And Gain = SP-CP
IN THIS CASE let us assume loss=x and gain =2x
first eq. is and second eq.
x=CP-510 and 2x=720-CP
BY SOLVING WE GET

- 650 is C.P
- 8 years agoHelpfull: Yes(0) No(0)
- S.P. = 720
According to the question-
720-510= 2P+P
So, 3P=210
Therefore P=70
C.P.=S.P.-P
=720-70
=Rs. 650 - 8 years agoHelpfull: Yes(0) No(0)
