  Now, If A is 1 then other 3 are 5,7,9
  if A is 2 then other are 4,6,8
  but we any other digit to A then the other weights are repeating.
  So, there is only 2 unique Combination.

  1+9=10
  5+9=14
  7+9=16
  but if we take weight as 2,4,6,8
  2+4=6
  2+6=8
  4+6=10
  or
  2+8=10
  6+8=14
  but getting 16 is not possible by pairing and sum .
  so finally only one combination is corrrect answer

  If u try to pair with other numbers you will have to use more than 4 weights but in question... U have only weights A,B, C and D

  Second run:
  Eliminate 6 (to insure uniqueness)
  With 8 three pairings can be made
  Third run
  Eliminate 8
  With 10 two pairings can be made
