  23(3a+6b)=12(5a+12b)
  69a+138b=60a+144b
  equate a and b
  therefore 69a-60a=144b-138b
  a/b=2/3
  sub a=2 and b=3 in 3a^2+5b^2/ab
  = 3(2)^2 + 5(3)^2/ 2*3
  = 3(4)+5(9)/ 6.
  = 12+ 45/ 6
  
  = 57/6
