- take 1st term 10^10/7 will give remainder as 10/7 = 3
therefore, 3^10/7 equivalent to (3^3)^3.3/7
=> (3^3)^3.3/7 = (27)^3.3/7
27 divided by 7 give remainder as -1
=> (-1)^3.3/7 = (-1).3/7
now,-1 can be replaced by 6 as -1+7=6
=> 6.3/7 = 18/7
=> 18/7 = 4
similarly every term will give remainder 4 when divided by 7
therefore, 4+4+4+4+4+4+4+4+4+4/7 = 40/7
and 40/7 gives remainder as 5
