- The longest length of the diagonal would be equal to the diameter i.e. 10 cm. A quadrilateral having adjacent sides as 6 cm and 8 cm can have a diagonal of 10 cm only if it has an angle of 90 degree between the adjacent sides. Then the quadrilateral would be a rectangle with an area of (6×8)=48cm^2
