  If N is speed of Navneet and H is speed of Harpreet and they first met at distance y from Navneet end and x is total distance, then
  y=2N
  y+H=x
  x-y=H
  also Time taken by them for second meeting after meeting is same.
  so 2y/H = 2(x-y)/N
  N/H= (x-y)/y =H/2N
  2N^2=H^2
  N/H = 1/(sq root2)
