M.P. of 1 shirt = 140% of 100 = Rs. 140

S.P. of 1 shirt = 90% of 140 = 90100×140

= Rs. 126

Actual S.P. of 1 shirt = 1360872= Rs.189

126 -> 189

100 -> 189×100126= Rs.150

Cost Price of per shirt is Rs. 150

Usual SP= 140x/100

SP when discount is offered= 90/100 * 140x/100

Given SP of 72 shirts = 13608 so SP of 1 shirt= 189

therefor equating SP=

90/100 * 140x/100= 189

x=150 which is the CP of one shirt
