  now m gets 180/day
  so
  m/w = pay/180
  but we have to find w's pay
  so 1/3/2 that is = 2/3 = pay/180

  calculate x/y=20/18

• if see theoritically..
  2M+1M take 14 days
  4W+2M take 8 days (So here we can see that if three more women added then work days decrease by 6)
  It mean 1W is able to complete work 2 days before a men.So if 2M+1W do it in 14 days then only 2M will do it in 16 days.
  If 1M get 180/day mean for 16 days he will get 2880 rs then women who is more efficient then men will work for 14 days only then she need to pay equal to men atleast.So to make 2880rs...women need to be paid 205.7rs dailly
