Soln: Total no of 4 digits that can be formed= 9*10*10*10=9000
Smallest 4 digit number= 1000
Largest 4 digit number = 9999
Now we have to check how many numbers have their square falling under this range (1000 to 9999)
(31)^2 = 961 1000
So squares of number from 32 to 99 fall under this range.
Total numbers= 68
Total 4 digit numbers = 9000
