  Loss = CP - SP = (1/2)*discount
  => x - 4y/5 = (1/2)*(y/5)
  => y = 10x/9
  Loss=(y/5)/2=y/10 = (10x/9)/10=x/9
  Hence % loss=100*loss/CP=100*(x/9)/x=100/9=11.11
