  So actual hrs elapsed, when clock shows 132 hrs = 132 x 12/(145/12) = 19008/145 = 131 13/145 hrs.= 120 hrs + 11 13/145 hrs = 5 am+11 13/145 hrs = 4 pm & (13/145)x60 min= 4 pm & 5.3 min ~ 4:05 pm.
