- now check for newton how much he can score:
1 question he left-99-1/3 x seeta have atleast 1 question wrong max she can score is 99
2 question he left-98-2/3 x if she left 1 question so got-98-1-1/3=98-4/3
3question he left-97-1 i/ if he attempts all questions having 2 incorrect 98-2=96
hence 96 is max common marks they can attain - 7 years agoHelpfull: Yes(8) No(5)
- what if, Newton got 100 out 100 as he solved all the question correctly(I'm assuming he didn't leave any question unattempted)& seeta can get max to max 99,as she surely got 1 question wrong.so,maximum common score can be 99
