  In these 3^15 ways there is exactly one way the student does not attempt any question
  
  Therefor, required number of ways =3^15-1

  4x,22-x+(22-x)*200/100
  4x,66-3x
  4x>66-3x
  min value of x=10
  so 1 year back
  x=10,22-x=12
