Let length= x units, width=y units, then area of a rectangle=xy sq. unit.
(x+2)(y-2)=xy+20 => -x + y= 12 ---(i) and
(x-2)(y-1)=xy-37 => -x -2y = -39 ---(ii)
Solving (i) & (ii), x=5, y=17

solving eq (1) & (2) we get,
