What is the value of x?

(1) |x + 2| = 2|x - 2|
(2) x > 2

• If we take mod value as positive
  x+2=2(x-2)
  => x+2=2x-4
  => x=6
  If we take mode value as negative then we will get x=2/3 which is less than 2; condition no. 2 is not satisfied,
