  1)7-1 = 6
  2)23-7 = 16
  3)55-23 = 32
  4)109-55 = 54
  5)191-109 = 82
  
  The difference between 16 and 6 is 10
  The difference between 32 and 16 is 16
  The difference between 54 and 32 is 22
  The difference between 82 and 54 is 28
  
  So the difference increases by 6 each time. So the difference for the next one would be 34.
  
  So 82 + 34 = 116, which is the difference between the numbers.
  
  191 + 116 = 307
