P and Q completed a work together in 5 days. Had P worked at twice rate of itself and Q at half rate of itself they would take 4 days to complete the work. How much time would P take to do the whole work alone?

1/p+1/q=1/5
substitute we get x as 25/2

p works for 2x times= 2*25/2=25

now (2p+q/2)*4=1
substitute p in place of q
then we get 5p/2*4=1
then we get p =1/10
which is p one day work is 1/10
