Two cyclists start on a circular track from a given point but in opposite directions with speeds of 5 m/sec and 7 m/sec respectively. If the circumference of the circle is 360 metres, after what time will they meet at the starting point for the first time?

• ans will be 20sec
  since both of them are moving in opposite directions then their speeds will add i.e. 5+7 = 12
  distance between them = 360
  therefore 360/12 = 20sec
