  l=1/3 +1/2h
  l+h=100
  Solving both the above eqs, l= 33.5deg

  Then the Low temp is given as (1/2)x + (1/3)*(1/2)x
  thus the low temp is 2/3x
  If the sum is 100
  Then (2/3)x + x = 100
  (5/3)x = 100
  x = 60
