  3+9=12
  5+12=17
  9+17=26
  so 26 is the answer

  for getting starting no. of the next pair ,add the two no. of the previous pair and subtract 2 from it , for example
  (4+3)-2=5 starting no. of the next pair
  similarly

  (12+17)-2=27
  ans 27;
