What is the difference between confidence and over confidence?

• confidece is i can be able to do this...over confidece is except me no one could do this..

• over means extra which is not exceptable (negative) for example if i have tank of water if it is full and if i want to fill it it will overflow means it will be as wastage, similarly confidence which is positive and the over confidence which is negative

• Confidence is somewhat that, when a person knows both sides and thinks I will try my best my to solve the problem.
  
  Over-confidence is when he blindly guesses and thinks he can solve any problem.
