- 3 mins. Reason- A cat will eat a rat in 3 minutes. So, (1/3) rat is killed in a minute. So, 100 cats eat (100/3) rats in a minute. And thus, in 3 minutes 100 cats eat 100 rats. PETA won't be amused by this question surely. But, I hope this is a right solution.
