l*b=pi*l^2/4
b=pi*l/4
also,
2(l+b)=m(2pi*r)
l+b=pi*r*m

- I don't get it.
Perimeter of Circle depends on radius i.e length of rectangle.
Perimeter of Rectangle depends on length and width of rectangle.
So, if we change width of Rectangle keeping it length constant, it should change perimeter of rectangle keeping perimeter of Circle still the same.
So, m ie ratio of perimeter of rectangle to that of circle must depend on width.

radius=l/2;
l*b=pi*(l/2)2;
b=pi+l/4;
now, 2(l+b)=m*2*pi*l/2
2(l+pi*l/4)=m*2*pi*l/2
after solving, we get
