  for 2nd printer number of forms after it start = 117t
  
  as per condition
  117t=26*104+104t
  i.e t= (26*104)/13
  =208
  i.e 3hours 28min
  
  hence at 8:20 + 3hour 28min they will print same number of forms
  i.e at 11:48 AM is the answer
