actually the given sequence is 9, 15, 26/3, 29/2, 25/3, 14, 8, 27/2 but not 26/2, 23/2..?

it can be written as 27/3, 30/2, 26/3, 29/2, 25/3, 28/2, 24/3, 27/2, 23/3.. so next will be 26/2=13 is ans.
