  (3500+y)/30 = 140+1 = 141
  y = 4230-3500 = 730
  ->avg ht of 5 stu is 730/5 = 144

• avg ht after adding 5 new student is increased to 141 i.e when 5 new students were added height increased by 30 student * 1 cm = 30 cm i.e 5 student added 30cm to avg i.e each student added 30/5=6cm hence avg height of 5 student will be 140+6=146cm
