• first make 3 groups of 9 balls each...den weight 2 group using balance which tells u which group is having the heavier ball...den split dat group into 3 groups each containing 3 balls...den follow same procedure...in 3 times u get heavier ball

  if both equal 3rd one is heavier otherwise heavier one can be identified [1 time ]
  repeat 3,3,3 [2nd weighing] , now with the obtained 3 weigh two u can easily find the heavier [third weighing]
