  it is in 2's power and if power is odd then it will be added with ( 2^(odd pwr -2)).
  2^0=1;
  2^1=2+(2^{1-2})=2 because -1 is negligible
  2^2=4;
  2^3=8+(2^{3-2})=8+2=10;
  so on....
