  Expenses=0.6*0.85x=0.51x
  Total Expenditure=0.15x+0.51x=0.66x
  Savings=0.34x=1700, x=1700/0.34=5000

  x*0.85*0.4 = 1700
  0.34x= 1700
  x= 1700/0.34= 5000
